OCT 9 4-7pm NYC-Area Feminist Sound Studies Meetup Fall 2018

UPDATE: We hope to see everyone on October 9, 2018, from 4-7pm-ish at The Ginger Man in Manhattan.

 

A small group of us are organizing an informal meetup for people in the greater NYC area who work on/are interested in anything that fits under the umbrella of feminist sound studies. The point is to socialize and enjoy each other’s company; there’s no official program or anything, just a chance to meet one another and hang out. We are hoping this can become a quarterly thing that happens once a season.

Right now we are planning something the late afternoon/early evening of October 8th or 9th. We’re still working on a space, but it will either be in Manhattan or Brooklyn. More details will follow once we’ve finalized location and date.
