WOXY Modern Rock 500 1989, 1999, 2009 Playlists up on YouTube

I’m working on a piece on the 30th anniversary of the first + 10th anniversary of the last 97X WOXY Modern Rock 500, which will be this (2019) Memorial Day Weekend. As part of the research for that, I’ve compiled YouTube playlists that count down each of the 1989, 1999, and 2009 MR 500s. I’m hoping you can enjoy them during your Memorial Day holidays. (The academic in me also hopes the profs and students among y’all might enjoy them during finals/grading time. I sure will be!) Look for more analysis from me later in May when the piece is published…and way down the road when I give my AMS Rock Hall lecture on “What Was The Modern Rock 500?”
